Light and delicate. You will forget you are wearing them. These pendant earrings are made with erbium stained pink porcelain, shaped like small diamonds and then attached to hand-formed 14k gold filled hoops. I left the porcelain diamond unglazed so it will have a beautiful texture to the touch.

The full length of the pendant (with hoop) is around 4cm

Porcelain is a very strong material but you should treat your pieces with care and make sure not to drop them or have them hit a hard surface. I also recommend not to shower with your jewellery.

Erbium is a rare earth metal. Its oxide is rarely used in ceramics because it is very expensive. However, it produces the most stunning pink: it's actually the only oxide which alone can produce pink. 

Erbium is among the heavy elements that arrived to Earth after escaping the collision between two neutron stars. We are all  made of stars and your earrings too.
