These statement earrings are handmade with porcelain.  The pink section was glazed with erbium glaze. The white part is glazed with a matte white glaze. The hoops are formed by hand with gold filled wire. 

You will receive the exact ones you see in the photo. 

The full length of the earrings with hoops is around 5,5cm. The pendants are around 2cm wide.

Porcelain is a very strong material but you should treat your pieces with care and make sure not to drop them or have them hit a hard surface. I also recommend not to shower with your jewellery.

Erbium is a rare earth metal. Its oxide is rarely used in ceramics because it is very expensive. However, it produces the most stunning pink: it's actually the only oxide which alone can produce pink. 

Erbium is among the heavy elements that arrived to Earth after escaping the collision between two neutron stars. We are all  made of stars and your earrings too.
